Thorsten Blum 1bea9ab46d MIPS: Loongson2ef: Replace deprecated strncpy() with strscpy()

strncpy() is deprecated for NUL-terminated destination buffers. Use
strscpy() instead and remove the manual NUL-termination.

Compile-tested only.
