Wangao Wang 5ef0832c6e media: qcom: iris: Add intra refresh support for encoder
Add support for V4L2_CID_MPEG_VIDEO_INTRA_REFRESH_PERIOD and
V4L2_CID_MPEG_VIDEO_INTRA_REFRESH_PERIOD_TYPE controls.
