Fix "ERROR: modpost: "phy_mipi_dphy_get_default_config_for_hsclk"
[drivers/media/platform/synopsys/dw-mipi-csi2rx.ko] undefined!" by
selecting GENERIC_PHY_MIPI_DPHY in the Kconfig entry.
