+ Added timer that detects if user has uploaded an
update to an app, if they have it will wait til the
set amount of time passes to ask again.

+ When new app is detected user is now asked if it
is a paid app.

= Fixed debuglog/crashlog upload.

= After sending debuglog to server RSL will now properly
copy Debug Log ID to clipboard.
