7cd8f2ab79 dt-bindings: PCI: dwc: rockchip: Add missing legacy-interrupt-controller
Rockchip RK356x and RK3588 handle legacy interrupts via a ganged
interrupts. The RK356x DT implements this via a sub-node named
"legacy-interrupt-controller", just like a couple of other PCIe
implementations. This adds proper documentation for this and updates
the example to avoid regressions.

ebce9f6623 dt-bindings: PCI: dwc: rockchip: Fix interrupt-names issue
The RK356x (and RK3588) have 5 ganged interrupts. For example the
"legacy" interrupt combines "inta/intb/intc/intd" with a register
providing the details, which specific interrupt triggered. The
interrupts from the second level are part of the Synopsys DW PCIe
System Information Interface (SII). Some of them are listed in the
Interrupt Signals section, the others are mostly common SII output
signals. The grouping and the ganged interrupt controllers are
specific to the Rockchip implementation.

Currently the binding is not specifying these interrupts resulting
in a bunch of errors for all rk356x/rk3588 boards using PCIe.

Fix this by specifying the interrupts and add them to the example
to prevent regressions.

This changes the reference from snps,dw-pcie.yaml to
snps,dw-pcie-common.yaml, since the interrupts are vendor
specific and should not be listed in the generic file. The
only other bit from the generic binding are the reg-names,
which are overwritten by this binding.

69b569c124 dt-bindings: rtc: isl12022: add bindings for battery alarm trip levels
The isl12022 has a built-in support for monitoring the voltage of the
backup battery, and setting bits in the status register when that
voltage drops below two predetermined levels (usually 85% and 75% of
the nominal voltage). However, since it can operate at wide range of
battery voltages (2.5V - 5.5V), one must configure those trip levels
according to which battery is used on a given board.

Add bindings for defining these two trip levels. While the register
and bit names suggest that they should correspond to 85% and 75% of
the nominal battery voltage, the data sheet also says

There are total of 7 levels that could be selected for the first
alarm. Any of the of levels could be selected as the first alarm
with no reference as to nominal Battery voltage level.

Hence this provides the hardware designer the ability to choose values
based on the discharge characteristics of the battery chosen for the
given product, rather than just having one battery-microvolt property
and having the driver choose levels close to 0.85/0.75 times that.

RISC-V Devicetrees for v6.6

StarFive:
There's only StarFive stuff this time around, starting with some
bindings to get clock ID defines out of the binding headers. Getting
these (and the syscon bindings) in unblocked a swathe of stuff sitting
on the list. Added are: new clock controllers and sycons, ethernet
support, thermal sensors, USB and PCIe PHYs, hwrng, mmc and a few more
besides for the VisionFive v2. The original VisionFive and BeagleV
Starlight got some the thermal sensor support too, as that is supported
by the same driver. These changes make the board actually usable with
something other than an initramfs.
Overlay support by way of the -@ flag set during dtb building, is added
also.
