This patch introduces the 8250_men_mcb driver for the MEN 16Z125 IP-Core. This is a 16550-type UART with a 60 byte FIFO. Due to strange old hardware, every board using this IP core requires different values for uartclk. A reasonable default is included in addition to the support of three boards. Additional values for other boards will be added later. This v2 has some whitespace fixes, I screwed this up yesterday. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
