The TILE_ADDR_RANGE register is not available on all platforms going forward as it was deprecated and is being replaced by equivalent registers within SoC MMIO space. While that doesn't happen, the SG_TILE_ADDR_RANGE (base 0x1083a0) is still valid for all platforms supported by xe. Use that instead.
