Properties
Prevent issues with extracting due to Environment.CurrentDirectory not being useable inside of Application Settings, Rookie will now check if a boolean is set to true or false (by default it is false), when it is false it will set the downloadDir to its currentDirectory, otherwise it will use a set custom one.

Fixed wireless ADB crash, added pull videos/screenshots from quest feature in quest options, added horizontal bars for aesthetic, added user.json button to quest options, fixed dictionary version code storing, just need to properly compare dictionary code to rclone code rather than grep for faster launch.

This app may be buggy and have problems.
